SIMPLE LIGHT
It is such an honor
To stand aware and conscious
As the darkness is touched by the light;
To feel once again a part of all creation
As the day steals the solitude of the night;
And no one or nothing can find there a reason
This simple pure wonder to fight.

RESURRECTED DARKNESS
Who I once was
Cries out from the darkness;
The questions,
The accomplishments,
The sins;
To leave me alone
Even in the daylight
So the thought of the coming
Nails and thorns
Feels like pins,
To make me concentrate more
On the resurrection;
There to remember
How anybody on this journey
Really wins.

PURE SANITY
One is only as simple and pure as
The singularity of the intention
He or she is able to find,
Such that to all and
To every other distraction
He is oblivious,
Disinterested or blind;
Yet there is so little
To which one can hold
With such intensity
While still maintaining his peace
And his sanity of mind.
