AAAAAAAAAA
Alone for me once was
Without baggage;
Young and open and free.
Now I am burdened,
Tired and poor,
Unable the future to see;
Money is not the problem; Spirit
Is the source of my poverty:
Love cannot find the light of day,
Nor darkness and the night agree,
Death is a foregone conclusion;
Life is a fantasy.

For whom am I living?
For whom am I doing the things that I do?
Where is the object of my appreciation?
Where is the thou or the you?
Only when I stop the mindless amusement
Do I start to have a clue;
There I am met by the silence,
The solitude in the dark;
Then I can begin to see the light,
The embers, the glimmer, the spark,
Where I can sense better my sins of omission
Knowing if I am missing the mark.

CCCCCCCCCC.
Sometimes I am looking out at others;
Sometimes out is a world that seems too bold;
Sometimes I can see no farther than my nose;
Because my past sins and my failures must be told.
Always Christ is paradigm, judge and jury,
Archetype most extraordinaire;
The only one that stands over everything that was and is;
The only hope that in the end life will be fair.

DDDDDDDDDD.
Three o’clock in the morning
Nothing is the going fare;
When everyone can see the desperation of living
And the grateful can say a little prayer;
The light is just a couple hours away
And a new day will get us out of here.
Hopefully, the Christ will be with us
To cover all the what, how and why,
To give us a faith, an hope and a peace
No matter that we live or we die.

EEEEEEEEEE
Is there anything more sacred
Than the celebration of the Mass,
The non-bloody remembrance
Of Christ’s death on the cross?
The Eucharist, the presence
Of the Eternal God,
Among us and within us?
If anything is sacred
It must be God;
It must be God among us;
It must be God within us;
Otherwise,
We are dust and dirt,
Salt and sin.
